Notes: Flexible seating could arrange the space variably pending event and reservation needs. The room includes a stage, access to Wi-Fi is available, as well as a screen for presentations and audio and visual equipment available at an extra fee for staffing and setup. Additional AVL fees may apply.

Cafeteria / Kitchen

Gymnasium

  • Intramural practices and games

  • Community rec teams and activities
  • Birthday parties

Note: No food or drinks (except water) are permitted in the gym.  Equipped with basketball hoops, an authentic wood floor, and built-in bleachers.  Equipment usage may be negotiated with rental.

Fiber Arts Room

Capacity: 50
Size: 26’ x 38’  |  997 SF

Reservation suggestions:

  • Quilting, knitting, crocheting, or sewing
  • Personal projects
  • Group retreats

Notes (Official rental information TBD, coming 2025): Ready for any and all fiber arts, equipped with sewing machines, various work stations, outlets, and a quilting long-arm. Access to the long-arm available with proof of equipment training and additional fee.

Children & Youth Classrooms

Capacity: Varies (30-60)
Size (Average): 26’ x 35’  |  908 SF

Reservation suggestions:

  • Children & Youth programming ages 0-18
  • After school activities
  • Play and homeschool groups
  • Birthday parties
  • Hands-on and creative movement learning space

Additional rental fees may include:

  • Full-Day Deposits: Full-Day rentals may require a full-day deposit. Prices vary pending space type.
  • Large Group Coordinator: An additional fee may be added to events over 50 people to cover an onsite Grove Coordinator.
  • Custodial Fees: All areas are to be cleaned after any rental or reservation. Custodial fees will apply if not restored to pre-use standards.
  • Key Deposit: Rentals outside of regular business hours will require a $25 key deposit (returned with key return).
  • Equipment Fees: Equipment fees vary based on space and event.

Additional Notes: 

* Gymnasium rentals recurring more than 10x / quarter may be eligible for a 25% discount

* An Activity Field reservation is encouraged for those looking to ensure field access during a preferred activity hour. Otherwise, our outdoor campus is open for general public use on a by-arrival basis.
